GAME SUMMARY: Tomahawks come close to defeating Red Wings

In the third meeting between the top two teams in the league, the Tomahawks came out strong, but due to unfortunate circumstances, ended getting beat out in a 9-5 loss, here's the recap.
1st Period
Hard fought battle back and forth but Tomahawk Brennan Rosychuk opened the scoring on the Powerplay unassisted.
2nd Period
Riley Arcand continued the Tomahawk lead making it 2-0 on the powerplay with assists from Tyrell Shott and Brennan Rosychuk. High Prairie Dayton Shantz cut the lead in half making it 2-1 with assists from Keegan Ferguson and Avery Mcnabb. Brennan Rosychuk got a two-goal lead for Tomahawks with assists from Bryant Joseph and Michael Beaverbones. Curtis Carpenter made it 4-1 with assists from Michael Beaverbones and Bryant Joseph. Keegan Ferguson with assists from Maven McMaster and Kaden Desjarlais.
3rd Period
Unfortunately, things took a turn as the High Prairie Red Wings scored 3 consecutive goals 3 minutes. Dayton Shantz opened the scoring with assists from Ethan Manybears and Kaden Desjarlais, Keegan Ferguson followed up not long after on the powerplay with assists from Kaden Desjarlais and Avery McNabb, lastly Brayden Auger scored the third consecutive powerplay goal with assists from Nolan Noskey and Gabriel Blais. Captain Bryant Jospeh would score the only goal for the Tomahawks on the penalty kill with assists from Kyler Morin and Brennan Rosychuk. High Prairie would score 4 straight at the end of the period, Keegan Ferguson scored with assists from Dayton Shantz and Ethan Manybears. Next came Brayden Auger with assists from Kaden Desjarlais and Kelton Noskiye. Third goal came from Keegan Ferguson with assists from Dayton Shantz and Kaden Desjarlais. Last goal came from Maven McMaster and Nolan Noskey and Brayden Auger.
