GAME SUMMARY: Tomahawks go 4-1 series lead over Ice Kings

The Tomahawks and Ice Kings are no strangers to one another as the get set to face each other for the fifth time this season. The Hawks met the Ice Kings last weekend posting a 12-3 win. Tonight, they win once again 6-4 here's the recap.

1st Period

Former Tomahawk Harrison Potts opened the scoring for the Ice Kings with assists from Tarynce Ducharme and Chance Grey. Tomahawks Roman Goodrunning would answer back with assists from Curtis Campbell and Parker Oliver. Michael Beaverbones made it 2-1 on the power-play with assists from Tyrell Shott and Bryant Joseph. Kyler Hamelin ended the period making it 2-2 with assists from Harrison Potts and Braeden Laboucane.

2nd Period

Harrison Potts opened the period scoring again which gave the Ice Kings a 3-2 lead with an assist from Braeden Laboucane. Kyler Morin answered back with assists from Parker Oliver and Brad Alexis. Tyrell Shott made it 4-3 with assists from Deondre McCarthy and Kyler Morin. Sazon Goodrunning got the Hawks' fifth goal on the power-play with assists from Bryant Joseph and Michael Beaverbones.  Beaverbones ended the period with a short-handed goal with an assist from Kalen Strawberry. 6-3 after 40.

3rd Period

Ice Kings' Kyler Hamelin scored the lone goal of the period and final goal of the game to make it 6-4 that was unassisted.

GOALIES

Alexis Alexander played the full 60 minutes making 22 saves on 26 shots for a .923 save percentage
